Personal Care Worker (Hybrid)

As the Personal Care Worker (Hybrid) youll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Deliver hands-on personal care: bathing grooming dressing toileting mobility and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Support with safe transfers and use of mobility devices
• Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
• Follow a personalized care plan under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Travel independently to multiple home care locations
  

What is Required

• Certified HHA or CNA license (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
• Dependable transportation valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Strong communication skills and a heart for caregiving
• Ability to perform safe transfers using gait belts hoyer lifts and assistive devices
• Knowledge of infection control and emergency response procedures
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
  

You will report to the Field Supervisor.
