Location: Glendale & West Valley
Schedule: Flexible Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week)
Compensation: Hourly Bonus Opportunities (Based on Performance)

Position Summary:
Were seeking a motivated outgoing and community-minded Part-Time Marketer to help grow awareness of our services across Glendale and the West Valley. In this role youll build relationships with referral sources attend community events and help us reach more families in need of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare professionals senior centers and community partners. (e.g. hospitals rehab centers assisted living facilities physicians and senior centers)
Represent Senior Helpers at networking events health fairs and outreach opportunities
Distribute brochures flyers and promotional materials in target locations
Track and report on marketing activity and outreach performance
Support social media and other digital marketing efforts as needed
Requirements:
Previous marketing or sales experience (senior care or healthcare industry a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy: comfortable using Word Excel email and social media
Organized self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or marketing for the senior care or aging services industry
Familiarity with CRM tools or customer tracking systems
Knowledge of local senior service providers and community resources
