The opportunity:
You will be part of the G&PQSS R&D team and report to the R&D Product Line Manager for G&PQSS. Grid Solutions. This is a visible role in a truly global and cross-functional environment working in close collaboration with Engineering Centres Operating Units Centre of competencies across the globe.
How youll make an impact:
Able to lead a team with strong people management skills to deliver the value expected from the team. The team manager is expected to
define and implement both long term and short-term strategies for the team as per the overall organization strategy
Activities & Deliverables
Ensure that team has direction scope clarity and resources to deliver results with realistic estimates for timelines to mee deadlines.
Coaching and guiding your team to business targets and continuous improvements and operational development contribute and drive long term strategic initiatives.
Be a positive role model for your team by living our vision delivering promises and developing people.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:
Bachelors or masters degree or higher in electrical mechanical or industrial engineering or similar.
Should have 10 years of overall experience including line / project management experience preferably in globally distributed.
Good technical background in Substation design and commissioning.
Work experience in managing transmission substation engineering design & commissioning teams / projects.
