About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BD Senior Advisor to join our Financial Regulation Group (FRG) in London. This hands-on role will support the effective execution of business development and marketing activity ensuring our group is well-positioned for continued success. You will play a central part in the coordination and delivery of day-to-day activitiesranging from client events and marketing campaigns to submissions and credential preparation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage client contact and distribution lists ensuring information is always accurate and fully GDPR-compliant.
  • Organise webinars seminars and other client-facing events handling logistics invitations materials and follow-up.
  • Assist with pitches proposals and credentials by collating content and ensuring materials reflect the latest experience and messaging.
  • Coordinate directory and award submissions by working with lawyers to gather information update matter lists and meet deadlines.
  • Support group marketing campaigns (emails events and materials) to enhance our external presence.
  • Encourage consistent use of firm tools such as Salesforce by updating data running reports and assisting colleagues with queries.
  • Work closely with the UK and global BDM teams to align templates processes and initiatives.
  • Undertake other practical tasks to support the smooth running of FRG marketing and business development.
  • Ensure the London team remains connected with the wider global network and strategies.

About you:

  • Experience in professional services marketing or business development (ideally in the regulatory or financial sector but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills and confident in planning and delivering logistics.
  • Familiarity with supporting pitches proposals or marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable using client relationship management (CRM) tools (such as Salesforce) and open to learning new systems.
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Flexible proactive and a team player with the ability to work collaboratively across global teams and functions.


This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
