Your Responsibilities

- Draft review and negotiate commercial contracts with an eye toward practical implementation and risk mitigation
- Act as a trustedlegalpartner to internal teams such asNetwork Development Procurement andProduct & Growthprovidingpragmatic legal adviceon a wide range of commercial civil and regulatory matters primarily underGerman and EU law
- Monitor legal developments and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks relevant to the e-mobility sector
- Championtechnology-supported legal operationsleveragingdigital tools to streamline your work and amplify legal value across the organization
Your profile
You are a legally trained professional who combines sharp legal acumen with abusiness mindsetand a drive to make a tangible impact. You enjoy working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment where your advice matters andyourenot afraid to think beyond the traditional boundaries of legal work.
You bring:
You bring:
- A successfully completedFirst German State Examination in Law (erstesStaatsexamen)
- 13 years of relevant experiencein a legal department law firm or similar environment (internships welcome)
- A solid foundation inGerman civil and commercial lawand a genuine interest inEU regulatory frameworks
- Business fluency in German and English- written and spoken - to confidently engage with colleagues and partners across Europe
- French language skills which would be a strong asset in our international setting
- Strong communicationskills:You express legal concepts clearly confidently and with a solution-oriented mindset adapting to your audience
- Atech-savvy approachto legal work: You see technology as a tool to streamlineoptimize and elevate your daily tasks
- Anentrepreneurial spiritor even abusiness degreethat helps you connect legal reasoning with commercial value
