Job description
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Sales Management dream team part of the finance department.
As Sales Management Assistant your support the whole company and our business teams :
- To produce our invoices on a monthly basis
- To verify clients contracts and manage Purchase Order
- To generate monthly financial closing within Group ERP
- To support administratively our sales department
- To manage leaves timesheets and expenses notes
- To contribute to our financial and administration efficiency
