Job Description:VP/SVP Consumer Banking & Innovation
Location:Waco TX
Description:
VP/SVP depending on experience.
The VP/SVP of Consumer Banking & Innovation will lead and impact key initiatives across the Consumer Banking line of business but specifically as it relates to Consumer vendor management consumer banking product innovation retail incentive program management and analysis and operational project execution. This role requires a mix of analytical rigor cross-functional collaboration and executional leadership to drive business growth and operational ideal candidate is a strong communicator an experienced project manager and a data-savvy analyst capable of translating insights into impactful actions; with superior interpersonal skills in order to lead cross-departmental collaboration for creative problem solving
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Economics Analytics or related field; Masters strongly preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented self-starter with strong business acumen
- Experience: 5 years of experience in an analytical or operational role preferably in fintech banking or consulting. Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and third-party vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI). Familiarity with CRM and compensation tools (e.g. Salesforce Xactly Anaplan) is a plus. Specific systems include but are not limited to CRM systems Debit Card Brands and Vendors Debit Card Plastic Manufacturers Digital Banking Vendors and other related Consumer Banking vendor partners

Work Hours:
Monday - Friday: Available 8:00 - 5:00 pm
Weekends could be requested based on vendor and project deliverables.
