What Youll Do:
- Lead and Inspire:Manage a local team to develop automated integration and system tests ensuring test cases are meaningful maintainable and well-aligned with product goals
- Lead Global: Ensure consistency of quality and performance of the global team by aligning standard methodologies in process tools and engineering development.
- Develop Strategies:Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies for embedded software ensuring thorough coverage and robust performance.
- Collaborate:Work closely with embedded software developers product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality cybersecurity-compliant embedded software.
- Innovate:Utilize the latest testing tools and methodologies to enhance our testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Report:Provide detailed reports and metrics on testing activities highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring transparency.
Who You Are:You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement. You have excellent communication skills and can articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
For This Role You Will Need:
- Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience:Proven experience in embedded software testing and quality assurance with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Skills:Strong knowledge of embedded systems software development lifecycle and unit integration and system test methodologies.
- Tools:Proficiency in using testing tools such as JIRA DevOp and automated testing frameworks.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience with Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and compliance.
- Experience leading an embedded product development team
