About the Role:
Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits customer satisfaction consumer social and political issues. There is no telemarketing or sales involved.
We are hiring for this position at anhourlywageof $15.50.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
- Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondents answers accurately
- Check and revise all responses for accuracy proper spelling and grammar
- Have a courteous customer service approach
What youll need:
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Prior experience in a call center customer support telemarketing or phone interviewing is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Fluent in reading writing and speaking English
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Whats in it for you:

- Expected working hours are 4:00 11:00 pm
