Senior Manager / Director Payroll Testing Lead

Ready to take the reins and lead a high-impact payroll testing program Were on the hunt for a Senior Manager or Director-level superstar who knows SAP payroll inside-out and can steer our testing strategy with confidence compliance and a dash of style. If you thrive on balancing big-picture leadership with hands-on expertise this is your moment to shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end payroll testing strategy across SAP Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
- Be the vital link connecting business SMEs testing squads and client leadership the go-to for clear effective communication
- Keep the program in line with all the must-have compliance requirements including PPRT (Post-Payroll Reporting & Taxation)
- Share your expert insights on payroll configuration testing risks and how to squash them early
- Review test artefacts like a pro and drive continuous improvement to keep the quality bar sky-high
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record leading large-scale SAP Payroll programs youve been there done that and got the results
- Deep knowledge of payroll operations compliance and reporting especially PPRT you speak the language fluently
- Ability to effortlessly bridge technical jargon and business needs making complex things simple
- Executive-level stakeholder engagement skills you build trust and get buy-in across the board
- Comfortable managing testing teams across hybrid and distributed work setups remote or office you make it work
