Job Description

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

The Product Expert is a specialist in a specific module or component of the product or technology. They provide deep functional and/or technical expertise in their specific domain and are responsible for the design development and maintenance of their module. They are responsible for gathering clarifying business requirements and defining processes to streamline the execution and provide technical guidance and support to other team members. This person serves as the functional point of contact for Quality and Compliance business areas (including the Intelex application for this specific position) and is the link to the various global IT resources needed for successful implementation of business needs.

Support the Product or Sub-Domain Manager in the following activities:

Assessing product requirements and impacts on systems

Analyze requirements from new product and compare them to requirements of existing systems deep diving on technical and functional specifications dependencies and interactions between new product and existing systems

Collecting business needs and writing functional & non-functional requirements

Capture & understand business needs engaging with relevant stakeholders and performing needed analysis

Convert requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements

Secure maintenance of requirements throughout product lifecycle translating product backlog into functional and non-functional requirements at each phase Aligning technology with product strategy

Collaborate on technical feasibility: Work closely with Product Managers to ensure that product features are technically feasible and sustainable within given timelines.

Document and create toolkit on the specific set-up of tools Providing technical-functional leadership

Set up existing interfaces and build functional specifications to enable the product to interact with the system supported by the Integration or technical teams

Define required functional performance security and compatibility tests to ensure all is working after integration of the product to systems

Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests

Participate in UAT quality control and hypercare

Are you a MATCH

Education Training or Certification Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Project Management MIS Business or a related discipline

5 years experience in two of the three areas: Business/Operations IT or Project Management.

Strong understanding of quality and compliance processes and dependencies specifically within the Intelex Application General Requirements and Knowledge Proven experience in product/solution design (in similar domain/family where possible)

Business orientation & macro understanding of Air Liquide business strategy objectives & processes (domain or product family level).

Master proficiency on Air Liquide analytics assets with the ability to build insights from relevant self-service capabilities

Realistic & critical thinking with the ability to balance business needs with viability & feasibility constraints
