Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Testing Engineer to anchor our test strategy and execution within the COST team. You will design and implement test plans simulating customer environments ensure issue resolution and serve as a technical mentor for the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the design and execution of real-world customer scenarios across hybrid environments.
Build test labs using virtual machines cloud resources and physical hardware.
Reproduce and troubleshoot high-complexity customer issues in close collaboration with support and product teams.
Define testing strategy and lead test cases development.
Serve as the go-to technical leader for customer-centric testing and integration validation.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of QA/test engineering experience with at least 2 in a leadership or mentoring role.
Deep experience with Linux systems networking and test lab environments.
Familiarity with AWS Azure GCP and virtualized environments like VMware.
Strong problem-solving communication and coordination skills across global teams.
Preferred Skills:
Automation experience in Java and scripting in Bash or Python
Exposure to cybersecurity databases (SQL/NoSQL) and distributed systems.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with DevOps tooling performance testing and security testing.
