Vacancy: SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings
Location: Brighton BN2
Salary: OTE 50k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An exciting opportunity for a confident and organised Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a vibrant fast-paced team in Brighton.
Youll match applicants to properties conduct viewings and guide clients through the lettings processwhile also supporting junior team members during the busiest times of the year. If youre passionate about property and thrive in a dynamic environment this role is for you.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Acting as the first point of contact for lettings applicants
- Matching applicants with suitable properties based on their needs
- Booking and conducting property viewings with professionalism and warmth
- Creating compelling and accurate property listings
- Providing landlords with regular feedback and market updates
- Negotiating rental deals that benefit both tenants and landlords
- Using your knowledge of the local market to advise clients effectively
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members
- Tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement
