As the VP of Product Delivery & Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution you will lead the operational side of the product lifecycle transforming validated concepts into scalable high-quality products that drive market success. You will be the driving force behind execution ensuring seamless collaboration across engineering GTM and operations to deliver measurable business impact. Youll be the critical link between strategy and execution ensuring that great ideas become great productsand that those products win in the market.

WHAT YOULL DO

Product Delivery Leadership

  • Translate strategic product vision into executable roadmaps defining clear milestones KPIs and success metrics.
  • Oversee end-to-end product delivery ensuring on-time high-quality releases that meet customer and business needs.
  • Partner with Engineering to optimize development velocity scalability and technical excellence.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution

  • Lead launch readiness ensuring alignment across Marketing Sales and Customer Success.
  • Drive GTM strategy for product releases including messaging positioning and sales enablement.
  • Monitor post-launch performance optimizing adoption usage and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • With SVP of Product Strategy & Innovation: Transition validated concepts into execution ensuring feedback loops inform future discovery.
  • With VP of UX & Design: Embed design excellence into development ensuring intuitive and brand-aligned user experiences.
  • With CPO & Leadership: Align roadmap execution with company strategy and revenue goals.

WHAT YOULL NEED

  • A results-driven product leader with a track record of shipping high-impact products.
  • A collaborative operator who thrives at the intersection of engineering design and GTM.
  • A systems thinker who brings structure accountability and momentum to product execution.
  • A full-stack and cloud background or experience with an emphasis on B2B SaaS is essential for this role.
