SAP ARIBA Specialist (m/f/d)

For REWE digital Spain a subsidiary of REWE Group located in the Parque Tecnolgico de Andaluca (PTA) in Mlaga we are looking for an SAP ARIBA Specialist for the product Indirect Spend and Procurement which has a large part of its team in Malaga.

As the central solution provider for information and telecommunications systems in REWE digital Spain we plan develop configure and operate efficient systems and applications for the REWE Group one of the leading trade and tourism groups in Germany and Europe with around 390000 employees. Our team of over 2200 IT specialists sets standards for IT implementation in the retail industry and develops new technologies for the sector. Currently we manage more than 80 logistics centers 100 wide area network cables and over 23000 local network connections to ensure continuous data supply to the 32000 scanner check-out desks in more than 7500 stores.

The Product Indirect Spend & Procurement includes the procurement of non-commercial articles such as tools operating resources consumables capital goods and services that are necessary for operations and for implementing and supporting the core processes within the REWE Group. In the entire REWE Group procurement is conducted according to the requirements and inventory planning for the administration (e.g. notebooks mobile phones software consulting services) for warehousing/logistics (e.g. shelves routers MDA devices forklifts lorries) for the stores (e.g. shelves freezers routers MDA devices cash registers maintenance services) and for transportation (e.g. pallets packaging).

What you will do:

• In SAP Ariba and SAP MM youll design and implement sustainable innovative solutions for current and future business needs handling everything from clarification of requirements with our users to analysis conception and implementation. As part of a cross-functional team youll manage the full product lifecycle including documentation testing and support.
• You think about the future: You get involved and actively participate with ideas and suggestions for improvement. As a member of an agile product team you constantly drive inspect and adapt strategic topics.
• You stay on top of things and keep a constant eye on the quality of our SAP ARIBA and SAP MM processes.
  

What you will bring:

• The basis is a degree in computer science (business) economics or a comparable degree with a strong affinity for IT.
• You have a minimum of three years of experience in the role of SAP ARIBA Specialist and are well versed in SAP standard and customization and parameterization capabilities.
• You have experience in configuring and administering SAP ARIBA especially the operational purchasing (guided buying workflows category management supplier management etc)
• You can bring your strengths in different ways: be it requirements engineering implementation customization or testing.
• It is a plus if you already have experience in working according to agile processes.
• You have advanced English skills to be able to communicate in international product teams.
