What youll do

Position Title:SAP iXp Intern Project Management

Location: Vancouver BC

Expected Start Date: 2 September 2025

Contract Duration: 8 months

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

The Preferred Success team is looking for a project manager to orchestrate regular project tracking effective stakeholder communication and robust governance processes for their portfolio of transformation initiatives. With hands-on experience in project coordination analysis reporting and communication the project manager will ensure clear visibility into project progress and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously from initiation through closing stages.
• Support the development of project plans and timelines
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product and IT ensuring alignment and communication.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency.
• Identify potential risks and issues and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate project team meetings and promote effective communication both within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Help prepare documentation reports and presentations related to project status metrics and outcomes.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and performance.

Education: Project Management Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp apprenticeship associate bachelors masters or JD/PhD program.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly and collaboratively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams is highly desired.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18-30 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process.
