We are now accepting applications for:
Casual Office Support List
$20.26 per hour(plus 4% in lieu of vacation)
Casuals may be called to replace absence staff to assist during peak periods throughout the school year or help with special projects. Assignments can last anywhere from 1 day to several weeks or months depending on the need.
Casuals may also be needed to support different administrative functions including Finance PayrollFacilities Human Resources.
We are currently in need of Casuals to support the Elementary and Secondary Schools in the main office. Typical tasks include front reception duties assisting with safe arrivals student and/or staff attendance support and data entry.
This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door. As a casual employee you will have the opportunity to apply and be considered for regular and term roles over external candidates.

Interview Process:
Interviews have moved to digital platform using Interview Stream software. An electronic video file will be sent to qualified applicants with pre-recorded interview questions. Candidates will have a specified period of time to video-record their responses andsubmit them to the OCDSB for review.
