About the Role:
As a Social Worker (AHP1) you will work under the direct supervision of an experienced clinician to provide a broad range of health services tailored to the needs of your community. You will contribute to care using a mix of preventative early intervention therapeutic and evaluative approaches including individual and group therapy. Working in a multi-professional team you will collaborate across sectors to support the wellbeing of clients and families.
As a Social Worker (AHP2) you will apply your clinical knowledge and experience to plan implement and evaluate a comprehensive range of services in a rural or remote setting. Working with greater autonomy you will also contribute to the clinical supervision of students assistants and junior staff. Your role will include leadership in service coordination driving improvements and innovation in care delivery and strengthening integrated community partnerships.
Across both levels you will play a vital role in improving access to care and supporting the resilience of rural communitieswhere your work truly matters.
