Job Description

What Youll Do:
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations for Food Safety and Quality Assurance across the facility.
- Supervise FSQA and Sanitation teams ensuring full compliance with USDA FDA ODA SQFI and GMP standards.
- Champion a contamination-free environment by proactively overseeing food production and plant operations.
Qualifications partial list:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Food Safety or Science
- USDA Minimum 10 years of Food Safety Management experience in a food processing facility
- FDA HACCP SQF or BRC experience including leading facility audits
- 5 years of prior employee leadership experience
- Flexibility to work overtime weekends and varying shifts as needed.
- Competence in basic math and Excel. Ability to communicate in English.
