As a Program Manager in Consumer Banking - Deposits you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader you are responsible for delivery of critical innovative initiatives to improve the financial lives of our customers and add value to our stakeholders across JPMorgan Chase. With a strong commitment to scalability resiliency and stability you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a program execution strategy that delivers value to customers
- Coordinates timely concise and effective communication across assigned initiatives projects products businesses and LOBs.
- Drives critical initiative deliverables i.e. dependency management coordination across teams quality assurance end to end testing and implementation.
- Articulates priorities risks issues prioritization to product leaders agility leads technology teams and other impacted participants to drive execution.
- Organizes and coordinate program deliverables as required for release readiness for all impacted parties.
- Leads escalation discussions and meetings with stakeholders impacted teams to drive resolution.
- Manages all components of program including funding master project plan development engagement across functional teams status reporting dependencies delivery impediments and resolution escalations across Product Groups Businesses and LOBs.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 5years of experience leading and managing progressively complex projects and initiatives infinancial services digital platforms and/or software development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including ability to negotiate compromise display transparency and demonstrate diplomacy in sensitive situations and to interact effectively with peers stakeholders technical or business. Demonstrates strong influencer skills.
- Excellent analytical strategic logical thinking skills to understand and articulate complex business processes and workflows.
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting in organizing executing and completing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of and ability to work within Agile based development environment. Proven ability to lead multiple projects.
- Expert in JIRA reporting and Confluence
- Ability to synthesize complex information in a concise manner for presentation to stakeholders and interested parties.
- Exhibit confidence communicating and interacting with senior and global business leaders through strong written verbal and interpersonal communications and presentations.
- Ability to understand stakeholders and business partners to provide flexibility and adaptability as necessary to execute and complete the initiative.
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed complex organization
- Consumer banking products/payments/technology experience is a plus
