Are you an experienced Senior Property Manager seeking a dynamic role within a rapidly expanding business This could be the perfect next step in your career.
Our client a fast-growing property management company headquartered in central London is looking for a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of residential blocks across London.
This role offers the chance to be at the forefront of a thriving industry overseeing 11 buildings totalling 950 units.
The position promises a stimulating work environment where no two days are the same. You will be the main escalation point for team members providing essential support and training. Working closely with the Head of Property Management you will play a pivotal role in the development of the team and the department contributing to the companys ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of 11 buildings totalling 950 units.
- Regularly manage and approve invoices.
- Provide credit control support.
- Handle possession proceedings and valuation support.
- Process maintenance requests via Fixflo including initial fault triage.
- Respond to tenancy queries through various communication channels.
- Manage end-of-tenancy processes and void period repairs.
- Ensure keys and access codes are maintained for all units.
- Liaise with the lettings team for smooth handovers between tenancies.
- Ensure all required certificates are renewed (Gas Safety EICR EPC).
- Conduct monthly site inspections and implement improvements.
- Recommend upgrades and improvements to asset management.
- Manage PPM schedules and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Review risk assessments and implement action points.
- Support any additional property management activities as required.
Skills Knowledge and Experience:

- Willingness to travel for property visits and meetings.
- Full UK driving licence preferable.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and web/email literacy.
- Literate and numerate.
This role offers a competitive salary of 45k-50k with all business expenses covered including overnight stays. The position is hybrid (x3 days in office x2 days from home) with working hours from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm.
