British American Tobacco Germanyhas an exciting opportunity for a L&D and Employer Branding Internin Hamburg.

Location:Hamburg

Start Date: asap

Duration: 6 Months

YOUR TASKS

  • Local and international trainings: actively support the organization and implementation and learn how to work with various stakeholders Actively shape BATs Learning & Development portfolio and incorporate your innovative ideas
  • Support in creating learning paths and the administration of our internal learning platform
  • L&D projects: Work independently on topics and projects related to Talent Management
  • Trade fairs and events: Be part of the preparation and implementation and gain valuable experience
  • Employer Branding projects: Work on topics related to campus marketing/social media and gain insights into the Employer Branding strategies of our markets

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • Very good English skills
  • Strong communication skills and openness
  • Independent and proactive way of working
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Confident with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or marketing
