Were currently seeking experienced Psychologists Social Workers and Counsellors to join our Western Australia team in a dynamic hybrid role. Youll enjoy a varied caseload across telehealth in-office and on-site work delivering responsive and tailored support to individuals and workplaces. What You Need to Know

  • Deliver short-term evidence-based counselling to a diverse range of clients
  • Respond to personal and workplace issues that impact mental health and wellbeing.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage the intricacies associated with multiple stakeholders.
  • Support workplace wellbeing through psychological first aid critical incident response and tailored interventions
  • Work with our internal team and corporate clients to provide holistic client-centred care
  • Maintain clear timely clinical records using our digital case management system
  • There will be a mix of face-to-face services and telehealth with the opportunity to have a blended work role (office / home) depending on need and demand.
  • The ability to travel within Western Australia including the Pilbara region is required in this role.

To be successful in this role you will require a high level of compassion as well as professional knowledge and experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Successful applicants will be AHPRA registered psychologists AASW Social Workers or ACA Level 4 Counsellors with a minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Excellent counselling skills drawn from evidence-based frameworks with demonstrated competency and experience providing psychological services for a broad range of clients and presenting concerns.
  • Experience in providing critical incident response to workplaces is desirable.
  • Exceptional planning and organisational ability coupled with the ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
  • Confidence using technology and an IT case management system.

In addition to clinical skills critical to success will be your high levels of integrity transparency and ability to align with the values and ethos of the organisation.
