They develop management products that help lots of companies worldwide improve their efficiency and streamline their work.
They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia Mexico Brazil or Ecuador.
Our Proposal
We are looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer - QA Engineer to use their knowledge of the IT Operations industry and products operating systems as well as their expertise in QA testing deep into the systems level of the software stack. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Immerse yourself in our range of products and become an internal authority on IT software solutions. Help shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by understanding user needs examining product usability and providing valuable feedback.
- Perform thorough software testing identifying irregularities and conducting issue resolution to ensure flawless feature releases. Develop and maintain comprehensive software testing plans and ensure our offerings are compliant on all platforms.
- Create detailed reports on software application quality and functionality following extensive testing. Ensure that any defects or problems are well-documented for the development teams to address.
- Proactively propose improvements to existing testing methods tools and procedures to continuously refine our quality assurance practices.
Must-have Requirements:
- 5 years of experience with Manual Testing
- Advanced English level
- System-level testing experience is mandatory
- Strong background in IT/SysAdmin
- Web-based API QA testing Postman experience
- Strong experience with operating Systems particularly Windows
- Experience in setting up and configuring VMs.
- Jira experience
- Automation and Jira Xray are a plus
