You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Corporate G&A FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) team. The ideal candidate will drive strategic insights conduct detailed financial analysis and support corporate expense planning to help the business meet its operational and financial goals. This is a unique opportunity to influence business decisions and performance in a fast-paced high-growth technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and maintenance of G&A expense assumptions aligned with corporate goals and financial targets.
Monitor and analyze expense trends variances and cost drivers to identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting needs and support their financial planning efforts.
Build and maintain complex financial models to support department-level cost analysis open POs accruals and month-end close processes.
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes to ensure data accuracy streamlined workflows and insightful reporting.
Collaborate across functions to ensure effective communication alignment of priorities and delivery of actionable recommendations to leadership.
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
4 6 years of relevant experience preferably in a high-growth technology company.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Insights and Netsuite is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Solid understanding of financial principles forecasting budgeting and accounting practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
