Job Description
Location: College Station TX 77845
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
- Deliver direct patient care to ICU patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.
- Monitor assess and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications manage life support systems and perform complex procedures.
- Document assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
- Adhere to infection control policies safety protocols and nursing standards.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current and valid RN License in the State of Texas.
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
- Strong critical thinking clinical judgment and communication skills.
