Job Description

Permanent RN Intensive Care Unit Night Shift

Location: College Station TX 77845
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct patient care to ICU patients with acute and life-threatening conditions.
  • Monitor assess and respond to changes in patient condition.
  • Administer medications manage life support systems and perform complex procedures.
  • Document assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and timely.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans.
  • Adhere to infection control policies safety protocols and nursing standards.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
  • Current and valid RN License in the State of Texas.
  • BLS Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) required within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of ICU nursing experience.
  • Strong critical thinking clinical judgment and communication skills.
