Job Description

Permanent RN Rehab Night Shift

Location: Waco TX 76712
Shift: 12 HR Nights 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience

Job Description What Youll Do:
  • Use nursing judgment and clinical reasoning to make accurate health assessments.
  • Ensure all nursing procedures comply with standard clinical practices and protocols.
  • Apply evidence-based research to drive improvements and changes in patient care.
  • Practice holistic compassionate nursing by addressing patients emotional and physical discomforts.
  • Support recovery and minimize distress through effective rehabilitation nursing interventions.
What Will Make You Successful In The Role:
  • Strong understanding of patient care and nursing protocols in a rehab setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and critical thinking for clinical situations.
  • Compassionate adaptable and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Associates or Bachelors in Nursing).
  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in rehabilitation or a similar inpatient setting.
  • Active Registered Nurse License in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must have BLS certification within 30 days of being hired).
