Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities to ensure smooth workflow across teams.
- Support project managers in planning and executing projects including scheduling meetings managing documentation and tracking project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals reports and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to facilitate information flow and project updates.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in financial tracking to ensure projects remain within financial limits.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records and files related to projects and client interactions.
- Support team members in administrative tasks and project deliverables as needed.
Essential Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Desired Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in project administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
