Job Description
Job Title: Integration Engineer
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time Independent Contract
About the Role
We re seeking a skilled Integration Engineer to support the development implementation and maintenance of advanced automation and voice agent systems. This role is critical in building seamless integrations across platforms to enhance internal workflows and elevate the customer experience. You ll collaborate closely with product engineering and operations teams in a fast-paced innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain integrations for VAPI-powered AI voice agents to support various customer-facing use cases

Build and manage automation workflows using tools like n8n including the development of custom nodes when needed

Troubleshoot debug and resolve integration-related issues across platforms and services

Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to identify integration needs and implement scalable solutions

Document all workflows systems and integrations in a clear and maintainable way

Ensure systems are secure reliable and optimized for performance at scale
Requirements

Demonstrated experience integrating VAPI for voice agent solutions

Proficiency with n8n or similar automation tools including custom node development

Strong experience working with APIs webhooks and third-party service integrations

Familiarity with Git CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices

Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail

Clear effective communication skills both written and verbal
Nice to Have

Experience working with Twilio Dialogflow or other voice communication platforms

Background in the travel industry or hands-on experience with travel-related APIs

Understanding of data privacy security standards and best practices related to voice automation technologies
