Home Health/Pharmacy Tech Years of experience REQ: 1-5 years of home infusion with additional years of retail or inpatient medication knowledge understanding of Epic a must have and experience packaging medication for delivery good personality in a high-volume pharmacy First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: None Certs REQ: BLS State licensed Certs Preferred: Chemo/Hazardous Drug IV Certification Skills REQ: Home Infusion Experience Aseptic Technique Compound a Sterile and Non Sterile Product Handling and disposal requirements Packaging requirements National Drug Code (NDC) lot numbers function and application Is on-call REQ (Y/N) What is the req No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs No Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N) No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule No home address must be at least 50 miles from facility Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: 3 shifts per 13 weeks.
