We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Agreements & Contracts Specialist to manage the drafting review and of various contracts and agreements including employee agreements franchise agreements and service agreements. The role will require a deep understanding of contract law strong communication skills and a focus on precision in legal documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft review and modify contracts and agreements ensuring accuracy compliance and alignment with company policies.
Track changes and revisions in agreements maintaining clear documentation of amendments and updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Analyze contractual obligations risks and terms to mitigate potential legal issues.
Provide guidance and support on contract-related queries ensuring smooth contract lifecycle management.
Ensure proper documentation and timely of all agreements.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure the contracts are up-to-date and legally compliant.
Manage contract templates and ensure consistency across agreements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating contracts with expertise in employee franchise and service agreements.
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in tracking changes in legal documents.
Solid understanding of contract law and risk management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
