Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient care processes.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office.
