Role Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide relevant information.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Document and manage client interactions in the CRM software.
- Follow up on leads to assess their interest and convert them into potential customers.
- Handle objections and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a positive attitude and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Update and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Participate in team meetings to strategize on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare reports on call activities and results.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide feedback on client needs and market gaps.
- Assist in training new telecalling staff as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain composure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
