Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (CRM)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for CRM solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and industry trends.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional strategies.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on CRM products.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to create brand awareness.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets to guide strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales preferably in CRM solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and its applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for the fashion industry.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
