Role Responsibilities:

- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Track sales goals and report results to senior management.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requests and market trends.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
- Contribute to team meetings and collaborative projects.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and competition.
- Experience in conducting sales training is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
