Responsibilities:

Ensure end-to-end legal compliance with RBI and other regulators.

Review and draft commercial agreements lending policies and disclosures.

Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits.

Requirements:

Law degree with experience in BFSI/legal advisory roles.

Understanding of digital lending regulations data protection and consumer rights.
