Responsibilities and Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Help run larger-scale private M&A deals involving the purchase and sale of companies
- Conducting Private Equity transactions
- Representing insurance companies
- Leading Due Diligence efforts
- Reviewing and Drafting ancillary agreements
- Direct client communication
