Job Description
We re looking for a motivated IT Consulting Services / Staffing Specialist to support our growing consulting and staffing business in Orange County CA. This part-time contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships working independently and navigating the world of government certifications and client outreach.

Responsibilities:
Prospect and engage potential clients for IT consulting and staffing services
Prepare and submit applications for government and small business certifications (SBA MBE WBE etc.)
Track outreach activities schedule meetings and follow up on leads
Lead documentation and coordination efforts for business development
Requirements
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Prior experience in sales staffing or consulting is a plus
Familiarity with certification processes preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be based in or near Orange County CA
Benefits
Hourly Rate: $20 $25 (based on experience)
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Type: Independent contractor (1099)
