While many candidates have relevant P&C insurance experience they appear to be more aligned with automation architect roles rather than test program management. Although some automation expertise is beneficial this role primarily requires a managerial profile someone capable of overseeing the testing program managing multiple stakeholders and proactively identifying and escalating issues and risks

Own and drive the end-to-end testing strategy across multiple workstreams
Act as the primary point of contact for testing-related discussions with business development and vendor teams
Evaluate risk-based testing approaches
Identify escalate and mitigate risks and issues proactively
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership
Prior experience in P&C insurance transformation or modernization programs
Experience with test management tools like ALM Jira or qTest
