This is a full-time fully remote role that plays a key part in supporting the clinic s outreach branding and patient engagement strategies.

Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging digital and print marketing content including flyers brochures and promotional materials
Manage and schedule content across social media platforms in alignment with the brand voice
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for the clinic and local outreach
Monitor and respond to online reviews and comments maintaining a positive online presence
Collaborate with team members (owner office manager health coach) on new initiatives
Help organize virtual and community events and workshops
Support website and app development projects with visuals and content
Implement and monitor SEO strategies
Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and provide insights for optimization
Provide occasional technical support related to marketing tools and platforms

Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing content creation and social media management
Proficiency in design platforms such as Canva or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials and platforms
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team
Added bonus: experience interpreting marketing analytics and reporting on KPIs
Familiarity with functional medicine or wellness industries is a plus but not required

Previous experience in a medical administrative role (medical assistant, medical receptionist, or similar) is preferred. Familiarity with WebPT EMR and Therabill for patient payment posting is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. High level of professionalism and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Comfortable with remote work and proficient in using virtual communication tools. Knowledge of insurance verification and pre-authorizations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
