We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Medical Recruiter to lead the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge strong sourcing strategies and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the organization attracts top candidates for our various positions.(Medical Rep & others )
-Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical medical roles.
-Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards social media referrals and networking to attract passive and active candidates
-Screen and interview candidates assessing skills experience and cultural fit.
-Manage the candidate pipeline and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
-Negotiate job offers compensation packages and employment terms.
-Maintain compliance with all legal regulatory and company hiring practices.
Requirements
-Bachelor s degree in Medical (pharmacyMedicine or science )
- Experience in Medical Recruitment (3-4) years
-Holder of HR studies (Course or Diploma) would be preferred
- Having good experience in hiring Medical Reps
- Having experience in recruitment in Gulf area
-In-depth knowledge of medical and healthcare job functions and credentialing requirements.
-Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
