We are currently seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix AZ. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting messages that make a difference. As a key member of our communications department you will be responsible for supporting the planning development and execution of internal and external communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases newsletters and internal memos
Coordinate company-wide communications initiatives and campaigns
Ensure consistency in voice tone and branding across all communications
Support senior communications staff in planning events and presentations
Draft edit and proofread materials for clarity and impact
Monitor communication trends and recommend improvements
Maintain records and databases of communications content
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design or content tools
Professional demeanor and collaborative mindset
