Job Description
JOB DETAILS
Base pay starts at $18.25 per hour
1st Shift: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving and Processing Stock: Unloading deliveries checking for accuracy and storing items appropriately.
- Order Fulfillment: Picking packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Organizing and maintaining inventory ensuring stock levels are adequate and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and damages ensuring only quality items are shipped.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keeping the warehouse clean and organized adhering to safety and hygiene regulations.
- Documentation: Creating and managing invoices tracking shipments and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing goods
- Serve as a positive role model consistent with Cornerstone Building Brands Mission Vision and Core Values
- Provide cost saving suggestions and ideas to improve production and eliminate waste
- Utilize scanning equipment
- Must be willing/able to work overtime
- Team player and keeping safety first
- Willing to learn and take on additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
- Must have basic Microsoft knowledge
- Experience with side forklift bander nail gun overhead crane saws stretch wrap machine and various pneumatic equipment preferred not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist

This is a position with the potential overtime. The shifts are 8 hours 10 hours and 12 hours long depending on work orders for the day and season of the year.
