Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Mechanical Engineer with proven experience to lead and design industrial machinery for batch processes improve production processes and ensure the reliability and efficiency of mechanical systems in our facilities.
Main responsibilities within the job:
- Lead the design development and improvement of mechanical systems and industrial machines.
- Oversee the execution of engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
- Analyze failures and propose effective technical solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (electrical automation production maintenance).
- Ensure compliance with technical environmental and occupational safety standards.
- Evaluate suppliers and participate in the selection of materials and equipment.
- Manage budgets schedules and resources for the mechanical engineering area.
Qualifications :
Education
- Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
Additional Training
- Advanced knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD SolidWorks etc.).
- Proficiency in ISO and other standards related to mechanical equipment.
Experience
- 7 years of experience in designing industrial machinery for batch processes
Valuable Experience
- Industrial robotic experience
- Project management experience.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Solidworks
- Proficient in Spanish and English
