Job Description

What Youll Do:

Performance Marketing & eCommerce

  • Optimize paid media across Meta Google YouTube TikTok and emerging platforms to drive traffic and ROI.
  • Oversee DTC omni-channel and pureplay platforms including merchandising pricing and promotions.
  • Use insights to refine media targeting conversion funnels and support CRO initiatives.

Content & Influencer Management

  • Lead agile development of platform-specific content including A content for marketplaces.
  • Manage creators and agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets.
  • Identify and manage influencer and UGC partnerships to boost engagement and advocacy.

Sampling & Event Activation

  • Plan and execute sampling and events to drive trial and support eCommerce growth.
  • Align sampling and events with broader digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sampling and event initiatives with digital campaigns.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Track and report on digital and eCommerce KPIs with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies for seamless execution.
  • Set and monitor investment budgets to ensure delivery against KPIs and ROMI.

Qualifications :

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Digital Media or a related field
  • 5 years of experience managing end-to-end eCommerce operations digital marketing or performance media within FMCG or retail industries
  • Proven track record of driving growth through digital commerce channels including DTC omni-channel and pureplay platforms
  • Strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta Google TikTok and marketplaces
  • Experience leading agile content creation influencer programs and UGC campaigns to boost brand engagement and sales
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing Sales Creative eCommerce and external agencies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced test-and-learn environment
