You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Correctional Pharmacy Technician you will assist the licensed pharmacists in providing medications and other healthcare products to in residence ensuring work is performed in compliance to standards and adherence to regulations. This is a unique position where you can make a difference to this diverse population of patients with complex medical needs.
The Pharmacy Technician assists in preparing medications maintaining inventory and ensuring proper documentation often with heightened security measures and reporting requirements due to the correctional setting. Duties and responsibilities may include and are not limited to:

Physical Capabilities:
Must have the ability to stand for long periods lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds) bend squat reach push pull walk significant distances and perform physically demanding tasks like CPR all while maintaining good balance and endurance throughout a shift.
