Vattenfall is seeking a Junior Compliance & Sustainability Specialist based in Solna Sweden.
Sustainable Supply Chain Management
The function is placed within the Sustainable Supply Chain Management (SSCM) Team of Staff Function Sustainability currently consisting of 1 senior sustainability advisor 1 senior compliance specialist 2 sustainability advisors 6 junior compliance & sustainability specialists the manager and the advertised position.
What will you do
As a part of supporting the integration of sustainability within Goods & Services Procurement and Fuels sourcing the team has developed into a competence center performing (enhanced) due diligence on behalf of other units in the Vattenfall-wide counterparty screening process.
In this process counterparties are scrutinized with regard to risk for money laundering terrorism financing lacking social responsibility etc. The team is also responsible for compliance with regulations which includes tasks such as trainings controls and the drafting of internal instructions.

Who are you
As a (junior) Compliance & Sustainability Specialist you should have 1 to 2 years of experience and sense for organizational and administrational processes. Besides that you also havve strong analytical and social skills and youre able to handle pressure while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing demands.
