Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (all genders) to join our Data Science Pricing squad in Logistics on our journey to deliver amazing experiences. Pricing is one of the most impactful levers in our businessand youll be shaping how it works across dozens of markets and millions of customers. In this role youll tackle a wide range of pricing-related challengesfrom developing intelligent pricing algorithms to advancing our experimentation techniques. You will support other Data Scientists in delivering high-quality solutions challenge assumptions and help raise the bar for data science practices across our teams.
As a Senior Data Scientist youll work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to build and maintain scalable reliable machine learning services deployed globally.

Our pricing systems operate at the heart of a fast-moving global food delivery businessdirectly influencing customer experience and company performance.
Your mission:
Design and implement automation and experimentation algorithms for pricing from conception to production.
Take technical ownership and uphold high quality standards within the team. Mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and translate business needs into data science solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest research and suggest state-of-the-art models to improve customer outcomes.
Contribute to long-term strategic planning and defining a short-term roadmap to tackle complex and meaningful data problems.

Qualifications :
- Solid statistical skillsyoure confident with fundamentals and first-principles thinking in statistics and machine learning theory.
Strong engineering backgroundyou write clean maintainable Python code and SQL queries following best practices for production systems.
Deep expertise in at least one relevant domain (e.g. causal inference time series Bayesian methods neural networks NLP/LLM ranking/matching advanced experimentation).
Thoughtful approachyou challenge assumptions and care deeply about working with clean trustworthy data.
Substantial experience in a business environment where you developed a strong business understanding.
Clear communicatoryou can distill complex requirements from many stakeholders into a clear MVP-ready direction.
You value agile processes data-driven development reliability and rigorous experimentation.
Nice to have:
Experience in pricing or food delivery business.
