Job Description

Whats the Job

Were looking for a Bilingual Regional Purchasing Specialist whos passionate about making things run smoothly behind the scenes.  In this role youll help ensure our teams have the supplies equipment and services they need to deliver top-notch service to our clients. Youll work closely with our operations teams and suppliers to find the best value streamline processes and solve problems before they become roadblocks - both in English and French.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of our operations teams and help meet them.
  • Source and manage reliable cost-effective suppliers.
  • Support safe and efficient supply chain practices.
  • Work with regional teams to find opportunities for cost savings and smarter purchasing.
  • Help roll out procurement strategies across regions.
  • Maintain supplier contracts and resolve supply issues.
  • Tackle supply issues head-on and help find long-term solutions.
  • Analyze purchasing data  to find savings and improvements.
  • Bring forward ideas to improve how we do thingsyour input matters!
  • Support day-to-day purchasing activities and help keep things running smoothly.
  • Communicate clearly with both English and French-speaking teams.

Qualifications :

Who Are We Looking For

  • Fluently Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) at a professional level.
  • Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Business or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in procurement or logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in foodservice operations is a big plus (Culinary preferred).
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving organization and time management. 

Also Great to Know

  • Office-based with a hybrid model (3 days in-office and 2 remote). 
  • Occasional travel or extended hours may be required.
