You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSummary: The Registrar Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing general office support to students/alumni via email in person and phone and supporting functions of the Office of the Registrar relating to assigned programs such as registrations status change processing graduation billing and preparation diploma management and printing maintaining academic records records retention and ongoing training and support of the SFS/Registrar Assistant. This position reports to the Associate Registrar.

Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma GED or equivalent required an Associates degree is strongly preferred. 5 years of overall work experience with 3-5 years of experience in a Registrars Office or other administrative area within higher education required. Experience working in a team environment with a high focus on customer service.
Computer Skills
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite Canvas or other LMS experience along with experience working in a student information system. Familiarity with registrar and student information systems a plus.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee is regularly required to walk; reach with hands and arms.
